Maybe you are in the same boat as me.

I upgraded to Ultra unlimited hosting a several years ago. I eventually redesigned my site including installation of Wordpress with Shopp.

Doteasy started advertizing that Cpanel is now included for all unlimited hosting customers, which put a smile on my face :). UNTIL I actually tried to get to my Cpanel and could NOT find it for the life of me. I wasted hours looking for tutorials  :P :o :( >:(.

I called Doteasy finally and they told me that I didn't have Cpanel because I signed up for Unlimited BEFORE they started offering it to new Unlimited customes. If I wanted it, they would charge a $12.95 fee to set me up, then I would have to back up my database. Then import the database and migrate my site into the Cpanel environment.

Been dreading the process. So much can go wrong. This is my lively hood. I have been procrastinating, but now I'm forced to migrate as Wordpress won't allow any more upgrades in the OLD environment, as I'm several versions behind.

I've met several former Doteasy customers that have bailed because of this outrage. They are unwaivering about that $12.95 fee too.

Don't know it this helps, but my reason for coming to the forums in the first place is because I'm needing help myself in the migration process.

Please note that the cpanel hosting is one of our new hosting package and therefore there will be a one time fee if  you need to upgrade.

If you are having trouble migrating your data, please feel free to let us know and our support team will be able to help.
