change technical contact information

I would like to change the technical contact information for my domain, but when I use the link to change the contact information, there is no place to change the technical contact information.

It only appears that it is only possible to change the organization, the billing and the administration contact information.

but, how can I change the tech contact information?

If you would like to change Technical Contact Information, please simply do the following steps.

1) Login to Memberzone
2) Under Hosting, click "Change Web Host"
3) Change Tech Contact (below Change Web Host DNS Servers)
4) Click "Apply Changes"

Please allow 48 hours to take effect.
