Upload website into Website Creator

When I first started my website, I had a friend build and manage it for me with MS Publisher. Sadly, I'm no longer in contact with that friend, and I want to start updating the site by myself. I see that you have a free page builder, and I was wondering if I could load that site that my friend created into it and update it from there?
