Unlimited Hosting

I've upgraded one of my domains to "Unlimited Hosting". Now how do I transfer one of my other domains to be covered by this package?

Let's say the Domain I transferred has a webpage accessed by going to www.mydomain.com

and the domain I want to transfer has a webpage accessed by going to www.myotherdomain.com

Will the URL for the second one change? My understanding was that it would not, but after reading more I'm beginning to wonder if I might have misunderstood.
