Creating Databases?

Ghados:
I recently upgraded my hosting to have access to additional databases however I can't create one. It gives me this error when logged in to the database admin:

Create new database:
No Privileges


I'm logging in with the same admin log in as I would for getting into the members area through www.doteasy.com. I have no idea how to change priviledges to the user.

Any help what I need to do to create a new database?
