Add music to site?

I run a site for a non-profit radio station, and I wanted to add some recordings of broadcasts to the website. It is a $0 hosting account at the moment. Can I add mp3 files to the website, or do I need to upgrade my hosting service? How do I go about putting the files on the website so that people can listen to them?
