SmartMail Downgrade?

I have a new domain name with you, however the Horde mail is not what I used to. Can I downgrade my email service back to SmartMail?

How much will you charge?

Do I have to backup my email accounts?

you can downgrade your web mail interface to Smartmail if you prefer.

there is no charge however, you will need to retreive any email messages you need to save that are currently being stored online.
