outlook setup, member zone IMAP, POP disabled?

I'd like to setup outlook to retrieve e-mail from our Doteasy hosted site. Webmail works fine. I was looking into the site admin panel and found this - POP + IMAP Server Disabled and no way to enable >:(.

Please help me resolve, thanks!
