Hi All
I wonder if anybody could help? I have a webmail account that puts every single incoming email directly into the junk email folder. I have unmarked many mails as not junk and also added the email address as a contact. They are still going directly into junk email!!
I am now accessing through POP mail into my Outlook but only my webmail inbox will download, not the webmail junk!
Any help would be much appreciated.

Are you using Doteasy as your email service provider?
