Is this Spam Mail?

Ghados:
I am the administrator for my domain.

One of my email accounts seems to be getting emails of a very suspect nature. They pertain to a change
in email servers. I have received multiple messages over the past 2 weeks or so.

SMTP and POP3 servers for seelyem@charlevoixgovt.com mailbox are
changed. Please carefully read the attached instructions before updating
settings.

Is this email legitimate?
