Title: Email protection: unable to see trapped messages

I have Spam & Email Virus Protection in place, however when I go to the page after receiving a notification of trapped messages, there are no messages displayed. This was working fine up until a couple of days ago, and I use only the default account.
Did I accidentally trip a setting? Has anyone else experienced this problem?

make sure to select "Default" on the drop-down menu to show all the trap emails from other email accounts and not only your admin email account.
