email not working

hi everybody! I have my domain registered with doteasy but my website is with Wix.com... it seems like I am not getting any emails... can anyone help? thanks!

did you change your dns to wix?? if you did... then the email services will also be switched to wix...

log into your webmail for doteasy. note down the URL for the page... it should be something.doteasy.com.

then just contact wix and ask them to change the mx record to something.doteasy.com

yes i changed the dns to wix.....im getting confused....so email and my web hosting are two different things? or are they at the same thing? i never changed any settings for my email....why is my email with wix then?

your email services are a part of your hosting services.

So, when you change the DNS name servers to WIX, what you are doing is transferring the hosting services to WIX who will be you web hosting provider for your web site, email, and other hosting services

i believe wix doesnt provide email services...
