Double bill?

I just paid renewed my Ultra hosting plan but I got another email that says I need to renew the domain.

Why am I being billed again?

Please be aware that your hosting is a separate services from your domain registration.  Thus, when you renew your hosting services, it does not renew your domain registration as well.

Your domain registration will need to be renewed separately from your hosting services. 

When you receive one of our renewal emails, please take note of the subject line as the subject line will let you know if the notice is regarding your hosting services or domain registration.
