If I wish to have SSH access, do I have to upgrade to at least VPS? What is the cost for your VPS?

Hi, I have a domain name with you, with your free basic hosting sevice. If I want your Doteasy Commerce suit, do I just pay for US$39.00 / Month each month then, pay for the domain name each year?

My email client cannot sent or receive emails if I connect to my WIFI router, however, if I connect my laptop to the modem directly, my email client can sent and receive without any problem. How could that be? What is the fix?

I will be purchasing a number of domains over the coming months and I already register with you a number of domain name and hosting plans.
My confusion is that rather than buy a new domain name each and every time for the new project I am launching can't I just buy a 'unlimited' hosting plan, and host everything from there? I don't want a basic hosting everytime I get a domain name...
If yes, how?

Doteasy Email Services / outlook setup, member zone IMAP, POP disabled?

I'd like to setup outlook to retrieve e-mail from our Doteasy hosted site. Webmail works fine. I was looking into the site admin panel and found this - POP + IMAP Server Disabled and no way to enable

Hosting Services / ftp question, help...

I have backed up all my files from my ftp, and do not think that I will be able to retrieve files that may have been deleted. I am trying to upload my website and it will not work. So I would like to have it reset so I can start fresh. Thanks

I would like to register a domain name with you, according to WhoIs this domain expired May 9 but it does not yet show as being available.
Would you have any idea how long it takes before a domain name become available? Do I just keep trying or is there anyway you folks can keep your eye on it for me?
