Yes, by moving your domains over to Doteasy, within our Member Zone, you can easily manage both your domain and hosting services all in one single control panel. You will also stick with one company when there is time for renewals, you will receive renewal notices from us only. Thanks.

You don't necessary to transfer your domain to Doteasy in order to use our hosting service. However, for better and easier management, it is suggested to also transfer your domain registration to Doteasy.

Yes, you can create multiple FTP user account if you are using one of our Cpanel servers. Please check if you are using cPanel and refer to your setup instructions available in your member zone. Thank you.

I suggest you to try install the Zen Cart again by using the tool we provided.
Fantastico is the tool that helps you to install Zen Cart with only a few clicks.

Yes, this feature is available for both Ultra and Unlimited hosting packages. We also has an error pages control panel under cPanel.

Yes, there is a special fee for an expired domain to transfer away. Therefore, if you are looking for a new domain registrar, it is strongly suggested to do it 10 days before your domain expiry date.
