Doteasy Email Services / Setting up settings on my phone

Trying to setup my phone so I can get emails and send from it. I have the samsung galaxy gio, where do you find the information for the pop settings, I can't find it.

I'm wondering out of these 3 which one should I install? I don't have too much experience with these ecart programs.

Which one has the most feature and easy to use and looks good?
