Hosting Services / My website is down. What should I do?

First, do not start a thread about it here. This is a user-to-user forum and it is not a Doteasy support site. There is no one here who can tell you why your site is down, and there's no one here who can do anything about it. This also applies to sites that have been suspended or terminated. Only Doteasy Support Team can tell you why your account has been suspended.

Please do the following checks before you contact us:

1) Is my Domain Expired? You can check your domain status in your Doteasy member zone
2) Did I miss any payment? Login to your Doteasy member zone and check your latest invoices
3) Am I using Doteasy Domain Registration service and Web Hosting service?
4) Did Doteasy contact me for any issues? Check your junk mail folder or spam folder and see if you missed any of Doteasy notices
