Is it possible to create sub menus with the Doteasy site creator?

if so, how would I do that?

the site creator is very basic and does not have that ability.

if you're looking to create sub menus, you can try using something like Dreamweaver which can do pretty much anything though it may be quite overwhelming for a beginner

i recommend using fantastico to install script like wordpress and then use a submenu plugin. wordpress is very simple to use if you are not familiar with coding your own websites.
