Thanks for the link to a very informational article, Doteasy Marketing. I believe in placing a good contact page on websites as well. I find it very frustrating that some of the websites I like to visit do not even have a complete contact page that will make it easy for us to contact them. I know that you are talking about design, but the contact information should also be complete, so a visitor is given an option whether to call, email or IM a site owner.
