2. How much do I need to pay to re-activate?
3. How long does the whole process take?

If your account is suspended due to billing problem,

1) Contact Doteasy Support Team here https://www.doteasy.com/ContactUs/SMS3/
2) Hosting reactivation is US$15
3) The process will take less than 24 hours after all payments successfully processed.
