Title: cpanel??

Right now, I have a $0 account. I have a friend that signed up, and they are using "Basic Hosting", so they get a control panel and other features. We signed up for the same thing and paid the same amount, so why did they get a different type of hosting account?

the account may be on one of our older servers which does not have cPanel.
