Title: Cannot log in

Last week i bought a domain name and got your free hosting package and have recieved my info that it isnow ready. Now when i try log onto the members area it says    Invalid Sign In. Please try again     i have entered my username and pass correctly every time that i have tried. I have even requested password forgottn and used thos details and still same thing. I really need help
