Email Limits?
« on: May 14, 2010, 11:45:33 PM »
one of the emails on my domain  is showing that it's reached it's quota of 10MB and all email is being rejected..

1) What is that quota? how is it enlarged? I thought I have a 1GB allocation on my domain?

2) When I send an email to that email address, it doesn't come back rejected at all.. where do they go?

Thanks

Assume that you are using our basic hosting package. The total email storage spaces is 100MB for all of your email accounts. If your webmail system is Smartmail, please follow this tutorial to assign email quota.

If you are using cPanel and Horde, please follow this tutorial.
