Title: Router and Email?

My email client cannot sent or receive emails if I connect to my WIFI router, however, if I connect my laptop to the modem directly, my email client can sent and receive without any problem. How could that be? What is the fix?

your router may have blocked the ports needed to send & receive emails.

check to make sure your router is not blocking port 110 & port 25
