Email and iPad

I see tutorials for different pop clients, but nothing noted for the iPad, is it the same process, anything special that needs to be done outside the normal?

Well iPad is like iPhone..

On the iPhone/iPad, after the first try, an error message will say "Cannot Connect Using SSL Do you want to try setting up the account without SSL?" Click "Yes" and it should work.

I personally use the Delete Messages off server option as well.

1) Click "Settings"
2) Click "Mail, Contacts, Calendars"
3) Select your mail account
4) Click "Advanced" (You will need to scroll down to get to this option)
5) Click "Delete From Server"
6) Select your option. NOTE: Selecting when removed from Inbox will delete the message from the server immediately when deleted off your iPhone/iPad.

what about android?? I use droid X... it does not seem to pop emails...

Have you tried using the K9 app on the droid?

hmm, thats odd. it does not seem to pop using the native email app.. but the k9 works fine.. thanks!
