Add-on domains have not been enabled

Hello,

I have an Unlimited Hosting plan with Doteasy. According to the Doteasy website, I should be able to create unlimited Add-on domains. However, this option does not appeared to be enabled on our account. (Parked domains are also are not enabled. :'( ) What do I do to enable this option?

Please note that add-on domains are only available for our new basic hosting, new Ultra hosting and new Unlimited hosting package. If you are with our old hosting packages, this option is not available. Please contact our support team for further info and we would be happy to assist you further.
