Stop Domain Registration

I don't want to continue this domain name anymore. What do I need to do on my end to stop this domain name registration?

Make sure that your "Domain Auto Renewal" feature is not enabled via your Member Zone. To check, please login to the Member Zone at https://member.doteasy.com/. Under the "Domain" section, click "Domain Auto Renew (OFF)". If this feature is enabled, click "TURN OFF" to disable it. Simply let the domain expires without renewing it.

Just a reminder that if you also sign up for Basic Hosting. Once the domain expires, the account would no longer be eligible to continue to receive the free Doteasy web hosting service. You will need to contact us for account cancellation if you no longer need the hosting services.
