If you changed the contact info for your account while the domain was expired, then the changes would not be applied to the domain. The reason for that is that your domain is not available to have that contact info change applied to it. Once the domain is active again, you can just re-apply the contact info change and it should show up on the whois.
Another possible reason could be that your domain is with a different registrar. Domain's registered with Doteasy will have 'In2Net' as the registrar listed in the whois info. If your registrar is not listed as in2net, then your domain is probably not with Doteasy. You would need to contact the listed registrar to make the changes for you. While your domain is with that other company, any contact info changes you make in Doteasy's member zone will not be applied to the domain, only your hosting account.
