Domain renewal payment overbilled

I have renewed a domain name through my member zone earlier. Later I receive another notification regarding the domain renewal again. Is my domain not renewed?

If the domain name is renewed successfully, a notice will be sent to your contact email address on file. If you do receive this notice, the domain renewal notice that you receive the second time could be referring to your another account with us. Please double check the domain names listed on the domain renewal notices received previously.
