Hi, I have a domain name with you, with your free basic hosting sevice. If I want your Doteasy Commerce suit, do I just pay for  US$39.00 / Month each month then, pay for the domain name each year?

In addition to the domain name and Doteasy Commerce software, you will also need either the Ultra or Unlimited hosting package.  Unfortunately, the commerce software is not supported on the Basic Hosting.
